Jennifer Garner's boyfriend, John Miller, was spotted at her house for the first time since news of Ben Affleck wanting to rekindle a relationship with the 13 Going on 30 actress surfaced.

The CaliBurger CEO showed up to the standout's Brentwood residence in a New York Yankees T-shirt, boots, and a baseball cap, as seen in photos obtained by Daily Mail, on Sunday (March 9). The outlet referred to the sighting as Miller sending a "clear message" to Affleck that he's not going anywhere.

Romance rumors between Garner and Affleck, who were together for 10 years before finalizing their divorce in 2018, began to swirl last week after a photo of the former pair embracing was taken during a paintball outing with their 13-year-old son Samuel. In the photo, the Argo star held Garner by her waist, and she did not seem to pull away. A rep for Affleck, who finalized his divorce from Jennifer Lopez in February, revealed that the actor would be interested in reigniting a spark with the Alias alum but respects Miller and realizes that it's not the right time.

As for Garner, she is happy to maintain a strict co-parenting relationship with her ex and is enjoying her current relationship with Miller.

"Jen has a great co-parenting relationship with Ben, and that’s where things stand on her end at the moment," a source recently shared.

Just last month, an insider told Daily Mail how Miller really felt about his girlfriend's connection with her ex.

"John is trying to deal with Ben and Jen's relationship by mostly staying quiet, but it's very hard to do that. He knows that Ben has to be around as a father and he is more than OK with that, but he wants to be the man in the relationship. John only talks about Ben when Jen talks about Ben or when their kids talk about him. He doesn't bring him up unprompted. John respects Ben, but less is more because John wants Jen for himself. He still needs to figure out how to compartmentalize it all."
