As usual, my weekend felt way too short.
Our youngest daughter had knee surgery over the Christmas holiday, so we spent most of our time at home.
Here's a look at her gigantic leg brace...

She's only twelve years old, and the brace is just about as big as she is.
One of the first things we did was make cookies.
These weren't just ordinary cookies, they were from her favorite TV show, Friends...

We found the cookie kit in the holiday clearance aisle at Kroger for $2.00.
The cookie parts were already made, we just had to break them apart and decorate them.
How did we do?

Yep, it looks just like the box.
JOEY DOESN'T SHARE FOOD!
In all seriousness, this was harder than it looks and the cookies were super dry.
We still had a good time though.
On Saturday, Sophia attended a birthday party at inSpire Rock in Cypress.

That's her on the right.
This place is so cool and anyone can climb!
They have multiple levels of rock walls ranging from beginner to expert.
We're already planning our next visit.
That's when I'll do it.
We wrapped up our weekend by finishing another puzzle.

That's a 1000-piece puzzle from Ravensburger featuring a New York City Christmas.
This was the final holiday-themed puzzle for us until late 2023.
Thanks for reading.
