We had a pretty amazing weekend.
It started on Friday with our son, Cash, attending a Halloween party at school...

Cash is dressed as an anime character named Tanjiro from Demon Slayer.
He ended up going to another Halloween party the following night.
Once the sun went down on Friday night, we watched game one of the World Series in my driveway...

That's my neighbor, Max, wearing his homemade Pena jersey.
I'm sitting in the Buc-ee's chair and Julie is on the far left in the Kate Upton sweater.
Even though the Astros didn't win the game, we still had a fun time.
Saturday called for a little retail therapy to get over the loss.
Our first stop was Lowes where we found this Christmas yard decoration...

They had an impressive collection of Disney decorations to choose from, but we only bought this one.
After that, we went back to Ollie's on Fry Rd. for the grand opening weekend.

This is a store that really does have good stuff cheaper than usual.
We found our Tide Pods were on sale for $5 less than we usually pay, hand soap was a couple bucks cheaper and I got a good deal on Pop Tarts.
They have all kinds of things inside this store and I think the selection changes often.
After that, Julie and I drove to Cypress to check on my mother-in-law's cat.
Check out her Halloween decorations...

That's what I felt like after that 18-inning Astros game against the Mariners.
The cat is fine, by the way.
Finally, we wrapped up our weekend by completing another puzzle...

That's a 700-piece panoramic puzzle from Ceaco featuring Cinderella.
That's all for now.
Thanks for reading.
