This weekend wore me out.
On Saturday, my family and I attended Frosty Fest in Katy.
It's a big holiday celebration with all kinds of vendors, free food, bounce houses and a petting zoo.
I met Santa, two grinches, a snowman and this gingerbread man walking through the crowd.
It was such a fun event.
The kids even got to do some sledding!
A hill made of ice was created and everyone lined up to ride down.
On Sunday, we attended a surprise party for our neighbor.
One of our other neighbors, John, made bacon-wrapped duck breast.
It's been more than twenty years since I last ate duck.
It was good.
Finally, Julie and I finished another puzzle!
That's a 1000-piece puzzle from Ceaco featuring Mickey & Minnie on an evening sleigh ride.
The snow, sky and trees were pretty challenging, but we got it done.
