Is it me, or did the weekend just fly right by?
As usual, we finished another puzzle. This one was a 1000-piece 101 Dalmations puzzle. It was easier than it looks. We categorized all the puppy parts by collar color, faces & feet which allowed us to match the pieces to the picture much quicker. Notice that strange line at the top of the puzzle? That's actually the very bottom of the puzzle. I guess the one we got wasn't cut right.
My kids went to Target with Julie and brought me a gift.
They got me this remote-controlled Tesla Cybertruck to add to my collection.
Yes, I collect Tesla stuff. I have several Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars. I also have a couple models.
The Cybertruck is pretty cool and really fast. I opened it and the cats love it.
Another thing I love is the video game, Halo.
A couple years back, my brother got me this book. He said it was one of his favorites and I'm finally getting around to reading it.

As you can see, I shaved my beard.
I grew it during the water/power outage from the winter storm. The outage lasted a lot longer than I thought and I had no choice but to grow it out. I ended up letting it grow even after power and water came back. I liked having a beard, but it did get on my nerves sometimes.
My kids didn't like it.
And finally, I got vaccinated!
I made the trip to Smart Financial Centre at Sugar Land to get my first dose. The line was long, but it moved. It took just over 90 minutes from start to finish.
I had a little soreness in my arm afterward, but it wasn't bad.
