This year marked the 40th anniversary of the release of the Star Wars sequel The Empire Strikes Back. It's hard to imagine not knowing who Luke Skywalker's father is in 2020. Even if you haven't seen the movie, the reveal is a pop culture moment that's been referenced and parodied constantly in everything from Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure and Tommy Boy to The Simpsons and Toy Story 2.
This guy was showing his niece the original Star Wars movies for the first time and decided to capture her reaction to the scene. He shared the moment on his YouTube account and it's been bringing joy to movie fans ever since. Watch her have her mind blown as she finds out that Darth Vader didn't kill Luke's father..he IS Luke's father! It's nice to see the moment still works.
