KHOU 11 captured a powerful moment at yesterday's George Floyd March downtown. The scene was tense at City Hall, with a crowd of angry protesters shouting at HPD officers. One man stepped forward and asked officers to touch him and recognize him as a human being. 34-year veteran Cmdr. Paul Follis reached out and put his hand on the man's shoulder. The two knelt down together, talked, and eventually embraced.
