Mattel's Barbie brand has a tradition of immortalizing trailblazing women (and occasionally men) with limited edition dolls in their likenesses. According to CNN, iconic performer Tina Turner is the latest pop music luminary to get the treatment.
The Tina Turner doll is listed as Barbie Signature Tina Turner Barbie Doll In ‘90s Fashion on the Mattel website. The "90s Fashion" is the jean jacket and black mini dress outfit from the 1984 "What's Love Got To Do With It" music video, with that exact hairstyle. So pretty much THE Tina Turner look, in my mind.
