Jay's Weekend In Five Pictures 5/6-5/8

My weekend was pretty awesome.

I got to relax, hang out with my neighbors and even saved some wildlife.

I'll start with the little bird we saw while Julie and I were on our daily walk...

We saw this tiny bird just sitting in the middle of the sidewalk.

I thought he was hurt, so I picked him up.

He didn't seem injured, he was just hot and tired.

It was really windy and I figured he got blown out of a tree, so I gave him some water then put him back in the nearest tree.

He climbed right up and hopefully he's doing fine.

Later that day, Julie and I went to Walmart and I saw this truck with some stowaways...

I'm pretty sure I've seen this before in a movie.

I stared at Buzz and Woody for a few minutes, but they never moved.

Since Cinco De Mayo was on a school night, my neighbors celebrated over the weekend.

I always enjoy our time together.

All the kids were out hunting toads...

They found a whole bunch of them and let them go shortly after.

On Mother's Day, I gave my wife a gift I knew she would like.

It's a cruise!

Julie has been wanting to get away for a while.

We both love cruising and can't wait to hit the high seas again.

Finally, we wrapped up our weekend by finishing another puzzle...

That's a 1000-piece puzzle from Jumbo featuring Disney Princess Pix.

Jumbo is a brand from The Netherlands.

The pieces felt good and had a strong connection with each other.

We'll be getting more of these for sure.
