My weekend was pretty relaxing for the most part.
The cold weather that blew in changed a lot of my plans, so I got some extra free time.
On Friday, Julie took me out to lunch.
We went to Dave's Hot Chicken in Missouri City.
The Missouri City location just opened and it's actually the third location in the Houston area.
Sliders, tenders, shakes and mac & cheese...we got a little bit of everything.
If you're wondering what that lone tender is on the far right, that's the reaper.
It's so hot that I had to sign a waiver when I ordered it.
It was really good and my eyes watered with every bite.
The honey and my chocolate shake helped me deal with the heat.
Overall, our meal was really tasty and we'll be going back more often.
On Saturday, Julie put me to work.
She bought a wagon that I had to assemble.
Shout out to my cat, Milo, for the assist.
This wagon will be used to transport Julie's plants around the yard.
I think it came out pretty good.
The kids were taking turns riding inside of it, but they'll disappear once it's time to move plants around.
Finally, we were able to finish another puzzle!
That's a 1000-piece puzzle from Ceaco featuring the characters from Tangled.
Thanks for reading!
