A closer look at my 'Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer' display

Earlier this week, I shared a picture of my Rudolph display on Instagram.

It was just a quick story video, but A LOT of people asked me about it.

I figured I would give you a closer look.

These are actually action figures based on the TV show Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer from 1964.

Most of these figures included a misfit toy, an animal and other accessories.

Let's go left to right...

I think we all recognize Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Santa has a sack full of toys and a removable hat.

He even comes in a skinny variant, but I don't have that one.

That's Comet, Yukon Cornelius and a Foreman Elf from Santa's workshop.

Yukon Cornelius was also sold with a dog sled, but I was never able to find it.

Check out Rudolph, Clarice and the Abominable Snowman.

The abominable snowman also goes by the name "Bumble".

Guess what happens when you press Rudolph's tail...

His red nose lights up!

Even after all these years, it still lights up nice and bright.

My wife loves that feature.

Pictured above is Hermey the elf, who wanted to be a dentist, and King Moonracer.

Hermey comes with two big monster teeth and some dental tools.

King Moonracer rules over the island of misfit toys and is always searching for kids who will love them & give them good homes.

Finally, we have Sam the Snowman and Charlie-In-The-Box.

Sam the Snowman is the one who sings Holly Jolly Christmas.

All these figures were released back around 2001-2002 from Memory Lane toys.

I wish they would release some more because I think they're pretty awesome.

What are your favorite Christmas items to display?

-Jay
