Even though I knew I was going to be busy, I was pretty excited about this weekend.
One of the big reasons for my excitement is the iHeart Radio Music Festival!
Friday was night one and featured one of my favorite artists, Dua Lipa...
She opened the show and it was awesome.
Dua Lipa will be performing at Toyota Center on March 12, 2022.

On Saturday, I was at Pridgeon Stadium watching a football game.

My daughter performed at halftime.
This is the first game that I've been able to see her perform live.
I took pictures and video of her only to find out I was focused on the wrong kid.
My daughter thought that was so funny.
I told her it was kind of hard to spot her because everyone dressed alike.
So, instead of a picture of my daughter, here's a pic of the part of the field where I think she is.

Once we got home from the game, we watched night two of the iHeart Radio Music Festival.
Billie Eilish was the opener.

She'll be performing at the Austin City Limits Music Festival in October.
I'm a lover of live music and a genuine fan of the iHeart Radio Music Festival.
It was a solid show this year.
We wrapped up our weekend with a trip to Jeremiah's Italian Ice in Katy.

This has become one of our favorite places to go for dessert.
Their soft serve is delicious.
