We had a lot to fit in this weekend.
Julie and I managed to finish another puzzle.
This is a 1000-piece puzzle from White Mountain featuring all kinds of imagery from the 1980's.
This was our first puzzle made by White Mountain. The pieces are big, they snap together well and they feel sturdy. If you look at the bottom right, you'll see the one missing piece we had. This was one of our favorite puzzles that we've ever done and it brought back a lot of memories. It was a gift from a friend of ours. We'll be on the lookout for The 1990's puzzle. On my way home on Friday, I dropped by Gamestop to pick up Mass Effect: The Legendary Edition.
These are some of my favorite games ever. This Legendary Edition is a remaster of Mass Effect 1, 2 and 3. Unfortunately, I didn't have a lot of time to play it, but I'm glad I have it.
I wasn't the only one buying stuff.
Julie went to Walmart to pick up some more apple trees on clearance.
Since we don't have anywhere at home to plant them, she is going to give them to her mom.
Julie can't let a good plant wither away, so she's been "saving" them from clearance bins whenever she sees them.
Our youngest daughter, Anna, celebrated her 11th birthday this weekend!
Her actual birthday is Tuesday, but she got to open some gifts early. That cake, in the pic above, may look a little crazy. Anna put the candles on herself and it has no frosting.
Some of us don't want frosting, some want extra frosting....so, we just slice it up and frost our individual pieces. Don't judge.
She got all kinds of art supplies like sketch books, markers and Prismacolor pencils.
And this....
She got an Apple Watch!
