Alex Bregman is looking to help baseball and softball players with their swing!
It's his Swing Review For Youth for anyone age 17 & under.
Here he is telling us more about it...
All the players have to do is upload a video of their swing. Make sure it's horizontal video, not vertical, and no longer than two minutes.
After that, Alex will take a look at it and offer a video review every Sunday.
You'll also be eligible to win some goodies!
Alex says he learned a lot about proper swing mechanics from older players as he grew up and he just wants to return the favor to as many young players as he can.
