Here Are Some Good Summer Camp Ideas For Your Kids

My kids told me that they're interested in attending a Summer camp this year.

That's cool, but I have no idea where to begin.

I have three potential campers ages 11, 8 and 7 (about to be 8).

My 11 year old, Sophia, mentioned Camp Bluebonnet because one of her friends is going to go there....

That looks awesome and I think my girls would enjoy it, however I have a son and I would like for all the kids to go to the same camp.

They do have some requests though. They would like to do a ropes course, campfires and they would like to do arts & crafts.

We got some pretty great recommendations on the air this morning.

Jessica loved Camp Cho-Yeh in Livingston.  Debbie liked the San Jacinto Girl Scouts Camp. Terri had a great idea about volunteering at Camp Blessing in Brenham.

You can find a pretty good list of Summer camps here and here.

Where did your kids go to camp? How long did they go and how much was it?

Thanks for your help.
