New Anti-Bullying Law Punishes Parents

A new law went into effect October 1st in North Tonawanda, New York that punishes parents if their kids are bullies.

Parents could be facing a $250 fine and 15 days in jail.

 

Is this fair? Should parents be punished for their kids bad behavior?
