The month of May is beginning on a wet and stormy note.
A ground stop has been issued for Bush intercontinental due to the thunderstorms currently moving through the city. According to the FAA, the stop is in effect till 11:45.
A separate ground delay at Bush Intercontinental Airport is in effect until 2pm.
Meantime, a A flood watch has been issued for Harris County, as well as Brazos, Colorado, Fort Bend, Grimes, Madison, Montgomery, Liberty, Polk, San Jacinto, Walker, Waller, Washington, and Wharton counties. Th watch is active through 4am Saturday.
