Matthew Boling is a growing phenomenon as his tweet went viral of one of his races. The Houston high schooler is said to be the fastest man in the country as his record is very close to Usain Bolt's ultimate record, the difference is .40 seconds. Matthew is a senior at Strake Jesuit High School but is gaining recognition world wide. His goal is to soon make it to the olympics. Check out the clip below:
