There are times when Disney really does live up to its reputation as "the happiest place on earth."
A little boy, who is mostly deaf, was visiting Disneyland last month on a special trip for foster and adoptive families, according to organizers with Olive Crest.
Olive Crest, an organization that works with at-risk children, shared a video of characters Mickey and Minnie signing "nice to meet you" to a the boy.
A sign language translator was behind the child signing to the characters so they could copy her and communicate back, according to a caseworker on Facebook.
