The American League Championship Series begins today!
The Astros will host the Yankees at Minute Maid Park.
The winner of this best-of-seven series will advance to The World Series.
Here's some good info to know for ALCS games 1 and 2.
ALCS Game 1
- First pitch: 6:37

- Astros Starting Pitcher: Justin Verlander
- Yankees Starting Pitcher: Jameson Taillon (from The Woodlands High School)
The Street Fest will be open at 3:30 to all fans with a game ticket.
All fans in attendance will receive a rally towel.
Country singer and Houstonian, Jack Ingram will sing the National Anthem.
The Joint Forces Color Guard will present the colors.
Roger Clemens will throw out the ceremonial first pitch.
"Woooooo!" Josh Reddick will provide the "Play Ball" call.
ALCS Game 2

- Yankees Starting Pitcher: Luis Severino

Conroe native and actor from The Outer Banks (Netflix), Jonathan Daviss will provide the "Play Ball" call.
This is going to be an exciting series.
This will also be the third time the Astros & Yankees have met in the ALCS since 2017.
Yankees fans were chanting "we want Houston" during game 5 of their ALDS series versus the Guardians last night. They may want to be careful what they wish for.
