Do you remember when I wrote THIS BLOG about the Inspiration4 back in February?
I was pretty excited because a physician assistant from St. Jude named Hayley Arceneaux was announced as one of the first civilians who will be travelling to space.
She's also a former patient at St. Jude Children's research hospital.
What makes this flight different than the Bezos and Branson flights is that the Inspiration4 will actually go into orbit for three days.
As the first all-civilian crew gets ready to blast off into space, we can follow along with a brand new documentary coming to Netflix.
It's called Countdown: Inspiration4 Mission To Space and we got a look at the poster yesterday.
This documentary will have five parts.
The first two episodes will begin streaming on September 6th.
The next two will come out a week later on the 13th.
SpaceX has scheduled the launch for the 15th.
The final episode of the documentary will air shortly after that.
The guy who brought us The Last Dance (an excellent documentary about Michael Jordan) will be doing this one too.
As someone who loves space stuff and St. Jude, I am eagerly looking forward to this.
You can learn more about the mission HERE.
