Prancer became a sensation after a brutally honest adoption write up about the dog went viral. Prancer was an extremely neurotic chihuahua with aggressive tendencies and was described by his foster as a "haunted victorian child" or "Chucky Doll in a dogs body". Prancer was absolutely high maintenance and needed a dedicated family to care for him for the rest of his life.
