Houston Rockets owner and Landry's chairman/CEO Tilman Fertitta appeared on CNBC's Power Lunch to discuss the state of the restaurant industry and the ups and downs of trying to get things reopened. The Houston billionaire has a lot to say about safety measures, the restrictions being put in place, then changed, and the effect this all has on restaurant workers. He also talks about the casino business and spinning off Golden Nugget's online gaming business into a separate, public company.
