You know how much we love murals here in Houston, now there's a new one to see!
This new piece of artwork celebrates Houston with images of Bun B and Mattress Mack in their Astros jerseys...
It also features the Houston skyline, a map of our freeways, an astronaut and the Sam Houston statue.
You can find it at Super Chicken in Greenspoint. They've been open for about eight years now and serve tasty hand battered chicken tenders, po-boys, sliders, tacos, salads and more.
The mural was created by local artist Franky Cardona.
If that name sounds familiar, it's probably because you've seen his work all over town. He did the James Harden Russell Westbrook mural in Toyota Center...
Franky has also done paintings of JJ Watt and the Texans, Jose Altuve and the Astros, Stan Lee, musicians, wrestlers and so many other great pieces.
