Friends of Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez aren’t too thrilled to be be looped into their latest health goal.
The couple, who are already #workoutgoals, are in the middle of a 10-day “No Carb, No Sugar” challenge and took to Instagram to get their famous friends to join them.
“10-day challenge is starting to get lonely, so we’re challenging YOU! Join us . 10 days, NO sugar, NO carbs, are you up for the challenge?” Lopez captioned Wednesday’s selfie video of her and Rodriguez, who collectively called out Leah Remini, Elaine Goldsmith Thomas, Hoda Kotb, Gary Vee, Michael Strahan and Mark Mastrov.
However, those pals weren’t too happy to oblige.
“No, I’m not up for it,” Lopez’s bestie Remini wrote in the comments. “Gonna go eat now…maybe a plate of pasta, some cookies, but you all enjoy.”
Movie producer Thomas chimed in by joking that she was off to a good start.
“Okay. Okay. I’m doing it. It’s been ten minutes. So far so good!!!!!!”
NBC’s Kotb announced on “Today” that she and the rest of her morning crew were in.
“I think if y’all are my friends, which I think you are, we should all do this together,” she said to Savannah Guthrie, Carson Daly, Craig Melvin and Al Roker.
After much debate, the team decided they were in, with the compromise that they can still have their coffee for the early wake-up time.
Over at ABC, Strahan didn’t seem too excited, as his response aired on “Good Morning America” as he was eating a doughnut.
“Cmon, man leave me out of your problems! I just want to have my doughnut!” the ex-NFL star said on his show. “I’m gonna accept it. A-Rod, I accept your challenge but I’m gonna start Monday because Shake Shack, they have these truffle fries and I haven’t tried them yet.”
Strahan went on to challenge Jay Glazer, Shaqueal O’Neal and Leslie Jones.
