Uh oh....this can't be good.

Movoto has put together a list of the top 50 most boring cities in Texas. Sadly, several Houston areas made the top 10.

The rankings were based on:

- Local nightlife (clubs, bars, comedy, etc.)

- Live music venues

- Active life options (parks, outdoor activities)

- Amount of fast food restaurants

- Residents aged 20-34

Here are your top 10 most boring cities in Texas:

1. Rowlett

2. Schertz

3. Mesquite

4. Duncanville

5. Cleburne

6. Rosenberg

7. La Porte

8. Lancaster

9. Grand Prairie (tie)

9. Pearland (tie)

You can see the full list here.

I'm really surprised that Raymondville didn't take the number one spot. I lived there for a few years when I was younger, and it was BORING! I would pass the time by counting the stray dogs in the street, building dirt castles in the front yard (all the grass was dead), and digging up bottle caps in the alley behind the house.

What do you think is the most boring city in Texas?
