The Lost Cajun restaurant to expand in Houston

The Lost Cajun restaurant, a newcomer to the Houston market, is set to expand.

Blaine and Lori Law have signed a franchise agreement to develop five additional restaurants over the next few years. The restaurants will be on Houston's west and southwest sides, in a region spanning from downtown to Katy to Sienna Plantation.

No leases have been signed, according to an announcement.

A recently opened location at 7042 E. FM 1960 in Humble is among a dozen for the Colorado-based chain, which was founded in 2010.

The family-friendly restaurant features open kitchens and Zydeco music.
